Chinese Medicine Tricks

When I was young and whenever I had gas in my stomach, my mummy would take Minyak Kapak and rub my tummy.

Could never really understood why she did that.. But i suppose it did help with the gas?

Another chinese medicine trick that baffles me is the boiled egg.

When I have a HUGE bruise, my parents would tell me to use boiled egg and rub it. What sense does that make right? But you know, when you open the egg that you used to rub your bruise, the egg yolk has like small pimples all over it. It's disgusting and quite fascinating. HAHA

Sophia told me about the silver ring trick. She said that her mum would rub her bruise with a silver ring in the egg and the silver ring would turn into another colour. After the ring cools down, it returns back to its normal colour.

There is one commonly used by both westerners and the chinese people which is 'Kau Sa'. I watched it on E! where people would pay ridiculous amounts of money to have their back rubbed by a spoon like object. Dude..... I can ask my mommy to do it for you also. HAHAHA.

Apparently, that method releases the bad toxin and heat from the body thus you will feel a lot better.

These methods are quite weird but they do work in some weird way or another.
