Progress

Helloooooo. :D It's been a few months of clean eating and strength training.

Proud that i've managed to do this move called the Eagle in pole *beams*

New exercise pants.

Bringing this health obsession to a whole new level by taking wheat grass shots. its nasty X.X

No pain, no gain right?

Feeling rather good about myself :D

Noticed some improvements on my legs. Hehehe. Resulted from painful squats, lunges, leg extensions and leg curls.

Completed a 12km marathon with my friends :D without training, completed it in like 80minutes? hahahaha. Was mostly speed walking and jogging. I guess not bad for a first time.
