Better late than never

Okay, I just realized I haven't even blogged about Chinese New Year. Haha. I guess it's better late than never right? :p

So, the eve of CNY, my dearest mother cooked a feast for the family. We had takeout from Excapade too. It was one filling meal. CNY is bad for those who is on a diet e.g. me. T_T But since it was CNY, I gave myself a break and ate till my heart's (or rather, my stomach) content.

Let's begin with the chronological order of the happenings in February! :D

2nd February:

Lao yee sang! :D Apparently, the higher you toss it, the more ..er.. luck? you get?

The man of the house!

Visited the temple that night. We do this every year. It has become a tradition for us.

4th February:

Dinner at Shabu Shabu.

Then we proceeded to stone at her house till late night where I watched 'Life as we know it' and Chien totally ko-ed next to me. -_-

5th January:

My parents had an open house.

My siblings :)

Then I disappeared back to KL from 6th till 10th to sit for my exams.

10th February:

Lunch at Excapade with my aunties who were visiting us from Kuching.

Went to Meragang beach just to enjoy the breeze~

12th February:

Before heading out to a BBQ party.

13th February:

Waited for almost two hours just to get flowers for my mum. She's the only valentine that I always get flowers for. This year, it's different coloured daisies. I think before this, we bought her orchids and roses.

14th February:

Dinner at Villa Mauri with another couple :)

17th February:

Chap Goh Mei dinner at Orchid Garden Hotel.

Okay! That is the end of all the pictures I took while I was still in Brunei. -_- Sometimes, I dunno why I bring around a camera when I don't have a habit of taking it out and take pictures. I spent the rest of my time mostly going out to eat, bringing my brother around and er.. stoning?

I'm now in my second semester, still in my first year of university. I'm enjoying all my subjects so far. Surprisingly, even Business Statistics. It is sort of like IB Maths at Higher Level so I am familiar with most of the terms. Film Studies has got to be the best class cause all we do is watch movies during lecture hours. Then we spend the tutorial analysing the movie. A lot of students from other faculties took up this unit purely for the reason that it's quite easy to pass, I suppose.

My timetable for this semester is really good. I have classes on Monday from 9am till 6pm then on tuesdays, from 10am till 4pm and on Thursdays, 9am to 12pm! I only go to uni three times a week! :D

Although all the assignments are due at the same time, I shall make use of my time and finish all my assignments before the due date because I actually have a lot of time to do it. Hahaha.
