Being a Malaysian - one has to realize that green as the grass is on the other side, Malaysia is always home. In my case and I know many other Brunei bred, Malaysians feel as lost as I am. When I am here in Brunei, the government sees me as a foreigner when I go over to Malaysia I feel a sort of detachment. However I am proud to be a Malaysian and I am also proud of the country that brought me up Brunei, no matter how backward it is.
